As things get busier, I’ve been thinking of hiring someone to help me, so I decided to hire a Store Manager. Not sure if these are the responsibilities of a normal store manager, but this is what I need at the moment

Responsible for working closely with me looking after issues related to marketing, promotions, ads, and personnel.

Responsibilities

- Create and develop advertising campaigns (above and below the line)
- PR functions with SL media and events coordinators.
- Organize Naive events (contests, promotions, parties, sales, etc.)

Professional Requirements
——————-
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent SL photography and graphic design knowledge
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Familiar with social networking and blogging tools
- Creative, organized, responsible and trustworthy

Personal Requirements
——————-
- Daily in-world availability (preferably after 5 pm SLT)
- Not working for another store or company with similar responsibilities
- Professionalism
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- No Drama
